Series
Serie Q 75 Fire-Rated
The Serie Q75 landing door is available as two-panel side closing door and as four-panels center closing door. It is very useful for use in shafts with limited available space for the installation of hanger and sills. It differs from the corresponding Serie Q models for the sill place requirement reduced from 90 to 75 mm. With clear opening up to 1150 mm for both the two-panel and four-panel versions, in Standard and certified class E fire-rated execution up to 2 hours protection.

Door re-closing system with counterweight
The door re-closing system with counterweight is available as an-add on as an alternative to the standard spring system. It is recommended for large doors or in case of very heavy panels. It ensures a constant pulling force towards the door closing direction

Bistable contact for control of the emergency door lock
According to the reference Standards the door at the lowest floor can be setup and equipped with an additional bistable contact upon request. In this case an additional SET of accessories is installed on the door and a special contact reset key is included in the supply.

Additional safety contact

Kit for door unlocking from the pit
The kit, which is made up of a device to unlock the door by means of a rope, can be used by lift engineer to open the door at the lowest floor when he/she is in the pit. This add-on is mandatory if the doors are used in lifts compliant with the EN81-20/50 Standards
Hanger protective casing
Steel plate enclosure which almost completely covers the mechanical and moving components of the hanger. Its function is mainly aesthetic, but it also provides partial protection to the hanger itself. Available in various materials and finishings
